The MHAV supports the establishment of a Victorian state maritime heritage centre, and four maritime heritage directions:
    * Awareness: expanding public and political awareness of maritime heritage
    * Vessels: promoting the preservation of a broad range of historic vessels
    * Collections: supporting collections of maritime documents, images and artefacts
    * Experiences: celebrating maritime experiences, livelihoods and social contexts

You are able to join MHAV either as an individual or as the representative of an organisation. Member organisations get a link from our front page, and if they take part in the Committee, they get their logo on our front page too!
